Tinley/Orland Neighborhood Group 

The Tinley Orland Sew 'N Sews will hold a charity sew-in on Sunday, Sept. 26, from 10 am to 4 pm at the Oak Forest Recreation Park District building, 15601 S. Central Ave. 

Patterns and fabric will be furnished for polarfleece hats, mittens and scarves and the event is open to the public. 

Participants are asked to bring their own sewing machine or serger and basic sewing supplies.
